چکیده
IntroductionObesity has detrimental influences on women reproductive health. There is little experience in optimizing controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) protocols to treat Chinese obese patients who are undergoing vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) therapy.MethodsThe clinical outcome differences were retrospectively analyzed among received gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a), GnRH antagonist (GnRH-ant), micro dose GnRH-a (mGnRH-a) long protocol IVF-ET cycle at Chengdu Jinjiang Hospital for Women's Children's Health from January 2014 December 2019.ResultsThe transplantation rate of the group (59.1%) was higher than that GnRH-ant (25.9%) mGnRH-a (36.7%) groups. The total live birth (46.2%) (40.3%). number frozen embryos other groups (P < 0.05). After adjusting confounding factors, logistic regression analysis showed had probabilities biochemical pregnancy, group. Gn three Whether single or twin, there similar neonatal outcomes four including premature rate, Apgar score, newborn weight, length.ConclusionFor young IVF-ET, COH gives better pregnancy outcomes.

متن کاملComparison of The Effectiveness of Clomiphene Citrate versus Letrozole in Mild IVF in Poor Prognosis Subfertile Women with Failed IVF Cycles
Background Our objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of clomiphene citrate (CC) vs. letrozole (L) plus human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG) in gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist protocol in poor prognosis women with previous failed ovarian stimulation undergoing intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). MaterialsAndMethods This retrospective cohort study included cycles with C...

OBJECTIVE This meta-analysis was aimed to evaluate the association between maternal physical activity before IVF/ICSI cycles and reproductive outcomes. METHODS We searched databases of PubMed, EMBASE and Web of Science electronic databases, and ongoing trials up to November 2017 to identify studies that focused on the relationship between maternal physical activity before IVF/ICSI cycles and ...
